About the role
Your Role We are looking for an experienced ;Salesforce OMS Specialist ; with ;9+ years of Salesforce platform experience ; and strong handson expertise in ;Salesforce Order Management (OMS) ; to design, implement, and support ;endtoend OrdertoCash (O2C) ; processes. You will work closely with ;business, commerce, and integration teams ; to ensure seamless ;order orchestration, fulfillment, and postorder management ; across multiple systems and channels. Your Profile Design, configure, and implement ;Salesforce Order Management (OMS) ; solutions to support complex ordertocash business processes. Manage the ;endtoend order lifecycle ;, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Configure and maintain ;Order Objects, Orchestration Plans, Fulfillment Orders, and Salesforce Flows ;. Implement ;order routing and orchestration rules ; to support multiple fulfillment scenarios. Integrate Salesforce OMS with Salesforce Commerce Cloud ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Payment gateways Shipping and logistics systems Demonstrate strong understanding of ;OrdertoCash (O2C) ; processes, including inventory management, fulfillment, payments, billing, and refunds. Implement and support integrations using ;REST APIs ;, ensuring reliable data flow across systems. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, commerce teams, and integration partners to translate business requirements into scalable OMS solutions. Provide postimplementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of OMS capabilities. Nice to have ;Basic Apex development experience ; and exposure to complex, highvolume OMS environments.
