SAP Test Manager / SAP Testing Lead (Telangana)

Job Description - Role: SAP Test Manager / SAP Testing Lead Experience: 9 to 12 Years Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager / SAP Testing Lead to lead and coordinate testing activities for global SAP rollout and transformation programs. The role requires robust expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), test planning, test execution management, stakeholder coordination, and quality governance across geographically distributed teams. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end SAP testing activities for rollout and implementation projects. - Define test scope, test strategy, and test plans using SAP Solution Manager (SolMan). - Coordinate test preparation activities, including resource planning, system readiness, user access, and test team onboarding. - Drive and monitor test execution across global teams covering SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing. - Lead defect management, issue resolution, and coordination with business, functional, and technical teams. - Publish test status reports, dashboards, metrics, and risk assessments to project stakeholders. - Collaborate with Project Managers, SAP Functional Consultants, and Business Users to ensure successful test delivery. - Identify project risks proactively and drive mitigation plans. - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to test processes, methodologies, governance, and reporting. Required Skills - Strong experience in SAP Test Management and global SAP rollout programs. - Hands-on expertise with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Test Suite / ALM. - Experience in Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Management, UAT Management, and Test Reporting. - Good understanding of SAP modules, preferably SAP SD (experience in MM, FICO, PP, etc. is a plus). - Experience managing distributed/global testing teams and multiple stakeholders. - Strong knowledge of integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end business process validation. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
