About the role
Job Description We are looking for a skilled SDET with strong expertise in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Rest Assured to design and implement robust test automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UI and API automation, framework development, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering practices. Experience: 612 Years Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore Job Description - Grade Specific Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications.Create and maintain API automation test suites using Rest Assured .Implement data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid automation frameworks.Integrate automation suites with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions .Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing.Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers for resolution.Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback.Maintain test reports using tools such as Extent Reports, Allure Reports , or similar.Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards. Core Skills Strong programming expertise in Java (Java 3+) . Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver . Experience in API automation using Rest Assured . Strong knowledge of TestNG/JUnit . Experience with Maven/Gradle build tools will be good Good understanding of OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Java Streams . Automation Frameworks Framework development using: Page Object Model (POM) Hybrid Framework Data-Driven Framework BDD Framework (Cucumber) API Testing REST API validation using: Rest Assured JSON Path Serialization Deserialization Request/Response Validation Authentication Methods (OAuth, Bearer Token, Basic Auth) CI/CD Version Control Jenkins / Azure DevOps Git GitHub/GitLab Automated test execution in CI/CD pipelines
