About the role
Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in IP and Optical Development for OTN products. Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming and Linux operating system fundamentals. Flex Grid DWDM systems Open Line Systems and disaggregated optical architectures Open ROADM specifications and YANG models Coherent optics, modulation schemes, and line impairments Skilled in a diverse array of DWDM/SONET/SDH/OTN equipment and configurations. Experience in OTN L0/L1 Products Experience in developing and debugging Device Drivers, Bootloaders, and Board support Packages Able read and understand the Hardware-software spec. Strong hands-on experience with I2C, SPI, PCIe, GPIO, Serdes, SGMII, GPIO Interfaces is a plus Experience with Linux kernel related issues, debug Kernel Panics and apply Patches. Adaptation to new products and technologies. Exceptional customer focus. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
