Job Description Telco AI Ops Experience - 9 To 13 Years Location - Bangalore/Gurgaon/Chennai Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI Ops SME (Telco Domain) to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven operational capabilities across telecom networks. This role will be responsible for building next-generation observability, event correlation, alarm management, ITSM integration, and automated remediation solutions across RAN, Core, and Transport networks. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the organization's journey toward autonomous and self-healing network operations using AI Ops, GenAI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and automation technologies. The role requires deep expertise in telecom operations, observability platforms, fault management systems, ITSM integration, and automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities AI Ops Strategy & Architecture Candidates should have strong hands-on experience across the following technology domains: Design end-to-end AI Ops architecture for telecom networks, covering: Data Ingestion Event Correlation Machine Learning-based Anomaly Detection Automated Remediation ITSM & Service Management Integration Own end-to-end integration between AI Ops platforms and ITSM systems. Design workflows for: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Technology Exposure Telecom Network Technologies Radio Access Network (RAN) EPC (Evolved Packet Core) 5G Core (5GC) Packet Core Networks Transport Networks 3G / 4G / 5G Technologies Telecom Network Performance KPIs Required Skills & Qualifications 9–12 years of experience in Telecom Operations, Network Services, AI Ops, Observability, or Automation domains. Strong understanding of telecom network architectures including RAN, EPC, 5G Core, Packet Core, and Transport networks. Extensive experience with observability and monitoring platforms. Ideal Candidate Profile Telecom domain expert with strong AI Ops and observability experience. Passionate about automation, AI-driven operations, and network transformation. Strong solution design and architecture expertise. Hands-on experience implementing enterprise-scale AI Ops platforms. Ability to bridge operations, engineering, and business requirements effectively. Strong customer-facing and consulting capabilities. Proven track record in reducing operational noise, improving service reliability, and driving operational excellence.
