TIBCO BPM

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Engineer to design, develop, and support innovative business process automation and integration solutions for the Operations and Front Office domains. This role combines technical expertise with business engagement, requiring active participation in requirements gathering, solution architecture, process orchestration, integration development, testing, deployment, and production support. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions leveraging TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME) , TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) , and Azure cloud technologies . Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end orchestration of business processes • Development and configuration using TIBCO BPM(E) • System and process integration using TIBCO BW(CE) • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Designing, testing, and improving process flows and integrations • Supporting the full lifecycle of applications, including production support • Coaching less experienced colleagues and promoting best practices • Leveraging Azure cloud capabilities where applicable Experience : 6 Years to 8 Years
