UI/UX Designer

Your Role Conduct stakeholder and end-user interviews to understand business processes, user needs, pain points, and workflow requirements. Define user journeys, interaction flows, personas, and information architecture to create intuitive and effective user experiences. Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with business objectives and usability best practices. Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and process actors to validate requirements and refine UI/UX designs. Ensure a user-centric design approach by conducting usability reviews, incorporating feedback, and delivering engaging, accessible, and consistent digital experiences. Your Profile 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX Design, User Research, Human-Centered Design, or related digital experience roles. Strong experience in conducting user research, stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and translating insights into design solutions. Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, personas, and information architecture artifacts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and best practices for delivering intuitive digital experiences.
