Your Role As a Video Conferencing Architect at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-grade video conferencing and unified communication platforms. You will define architecture, standards, and optimization strategies to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable collaboration experiences across global environments. Define and design end-to-end architecture for enterprise conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco/Webex) including HLD/LLD and reference architectures.Establish governance standards for meeting rooms, AV infrastructure, lifecycle management, and global conferencing policies.Lead platform optimization initiatives, including QoS tuning, endpoint configuration, and performance improvement to enhance user experience.Drive integration and automation, ensuring seamless connectivity with M365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and enabling automation via PowerShell and Graph API.Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Poly, Logitech) to manage SLAs, ensure compliance, and support transformation to cloud-based conferencing solutions. Your Profile Strong expertise in Video Conferencing & Unified Communications platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco/Webex).In-depth knowledge of M365 ecosystem, including Teams Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Azure AD integrations.Solid understanding of AV technologies and meeting room infrastructure (Poly, Logitech, Crestron).Hands-on experience with networking concepts (QoS, TCP/IP, firewall integration) and performance optimization for real-time communications.Proficiency in automation and monitoring tools including PowerShell, Graph API, CQD, TAC, along with strong stakeholder communication and governance skills.
