As a Midrange Applications Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Develop, configure, and optimize midrange applications primarily written in C on AIX/RISC systems - Work extensively with IBM servers, DB2, and Unix-based environments to ensure smooth operations and performance - Serve as a subject matter expert in C programming for AIX and Unix applications - Troubleshoot and maintain networking configurations in Unix/AIX systems for high availability and performance - Collaborate with teams to monitor, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications - Provide guidance and support for system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning - Ensure adherence to best practices in system administration, coding, and network management - Document processes and provide technical support to stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in C Programming - Experience with Mvs, Pl/1, Db2, Cics, Jcl In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a collaborative team environment dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.
