Description We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst 1 to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong ability to derive insights and support data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making. Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python or R. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
