Data Engineering Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead a team of Data Engineers and drive the delivery of enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Databricks , proven people management experience , and a valid Databricks certification . Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Data Engineering teams. Manage end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering and Data Migration projects. Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL solutions. Oversee Data Warehousing and BI initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Manage resource planning, forecasting, and project delivery. Ensure adherence to data governance and best practices. Mandatory Skills Databricks (Hands-on) Valid Databricks Certification Team Management / People Management Experience Azure/AWS Cloud ETL & Data Pipelines Data Warehousing SQL Power BI/Tableau (preferred) Experience 10+ years of overall IT/Data Engineering experience Minimum 3+ years of people management experience
