Salesforce Release Manager

Experience: 6–10 years Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11 PM IST Location: [Remote/Hybrid — Hyderabad] About the Role We're looking for a Release Manager who will wear two hats: owning the evolution of our Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and connected GTM systems, while also driving our release management process — Salesforce production deployments, Bitbucket-based source control, and the overall release cadence. This is a hybrid systems + process role suited to someone comfortable both in the weeds of Salesforce administration and in the discipline of managing controlled, predictable releases. Key Responsibilities Salesforce & GTM Systems (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) • Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests • Manage and support integrations between Salesforce and various GTM tools/systems • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions • Monitor system health, data integrity, and user support issues across supported clouds Release Management • Own and execute the Salesforce production deployment process end-to-end • Manage source control and branching strategy in Bitbucket • Coordinate release schedules, change windows, and deployment sign-offs across teams • Maintain release documentation, deployment logs, and rollback plans • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the release process (CI/CD, deployment tooling, source repo hygiene) and lead these improvements over time Required Qualifications • 6–10 years of overall experience, with hands-on Salesforce administration/support experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) • Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce release/deployment processes in a production environment • Working knowledge of Bitbucket (or similar Git-based source control) and branching/release workflows • Experience with Salesforce metadata deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, SFDX, Gearset, Copado, or similar) • Understanding of GTM system integrations (Hubspot, 6sense, Klue, Gong, Resolv and IronClad) • Strong coordination and communication skills — able to work across engineering, business, and QA stakeholders • Comfortable working the 2:00 PM – 11 PM IST shift to overlap with US-based teams Nice to Have • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar) • Prior experience in a dual systems-admin + release-manager capacity
