Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities 1. Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities. 2. Troubleshoot electrical faults in Extrusion and Injection Molding machines, PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC Drives (VFDs), Servo Drives, motors, and control panels. 3. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Servo Drives, and Soft Starters. 4. Maintain transformers, DG sets, HT/LT panels, MCC/PCC panels, APFC panels, UPS systems, compressors, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, and EOT cranes. 5. Execute PLC/HMI programming and modifications (Siemens, Omron, Delta). 6. Plan and complete preventive maintenance as per schedule. 7. Coordinate with Production to minimize machine downtime.
