About the role
Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7 series or equivalent) SCADA configuration and visualization Microcontroller-based automation including sensor integration and basic communication protocols Selection, integration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation hardware (PLCs, HMIs, control panels) Familiarity with field instruments: control valves, temperature/pressure sensors, encoders, proximity sensors Preparation of instrumentation documents: I/O lists, cable schedules, interconnection diagrams Panel assembly, wiring, I/O loop testing, and instrument calibration Data logging and technical reporting Working knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards Aptitude for learning digital tools (PLM, ELN, LIMS, SAP) Exposure to IoT, IT/OT
