About the role
As a Mobile Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's mobile applications. You will work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business to deliver seamless mobile experiences that delight users and drive growth. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Road mapping: Define the mobile product vision and maintain a prioritized, customer-centric roadmap.Feature Definition: Author detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with UI/UX designers, mobile developers, and QA teams to translate user needs into intuitive features.App Store & Release Management: Oversee App Store and Google Play deployment cycles, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and ASO (App Store Optimization).Data-Driven Optimization: Define and monitor KPIs like DAU/MAU, retention rates, crash logs, and conversion metrics.User Research: Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer feedback to continually fill product gaps.Required QualificationsExperience: 1+ year of core mobile product management experience (iOS and Android).Technical Acumen: Conceptual understanding of mobile OS memory management, background services, APIs, and SDK integrations.Execution Toolkit: Proficiency in product management software such as Jira/Redmine, Confluence, and Figma, alongside analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics).Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical constraints into plain language for stakeholders and crystal-clear instructions for developers.
