About the role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in designing and building scalable, secure applications across both backend and frontend layers. This role requires a seasoned professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development and demonstrated leadership skills to guide teams, influence architecture decisions, and drive delivery across complex projects. This is 100% hands-on role, candidates who dont want to be hands-on need not to apply. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications, including backend services (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend interfaces (Angular, TypeScript). - Build and manage scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with modern UI applications. - Lead the design and implementation of microservices architectures and responsive, high-performance frontend solutions. - Develop rich, user-friendly web interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), ensuring performance and usability. - Build and maintain server-side components using Node.js, Express, and manage dependencies using NPM. - Mentor and guide junior developers across both frontend and backend domains; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps) to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions. - Contribute to architectural decisions across full stack layers, including scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. - Drive improvements in API performance, frontend performance optimization, documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI), and CI/CD pipelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues spanning UI, backend services, and integrations. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, HIPAA if applicable). - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications - 7+ years of skilled experience in full stack development. - Strong backend expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development. - Proficiency in frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Experience with Node.js, Express, and package management using NPM. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and frontend performance optimization. - Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong understanding of authentication & security (OAuth2, JWT, API gateways). - Experience with development tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Swagger/OpenAPI. - Proven ability to lead/mentor teams and contribute to technical design and delivery. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the healthcare domain, including standards like FHIR, HL7, EDI 837/835, and HIPAA compliance. - Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS). - Experience building scalable frontend architectures (state management, modular UI design). - Prior experience in a technical lead or engineering leadership role. - Understanding of DevOps and SRE practices in distributed systems. Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
