As a Senior Software Architect in the Healthcare/Medical Billing SaaS domain, your role involves defining and driving the architectural vision of an enterprise-grade, AI-enabled SaaS platform for US Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Key responsibilities include: - Architecting a scalable, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform supporting Medical Billing workflows such as Claims lifecycle (837/835), Payment posting & reconciliation, Denial management, Accounts Receivable (AR), KPI engines & executive dashboards. - Designing systems capable of handling millions of transactions annually with high availability, performance, data security, and HIPAA compliance. - Defining strategies for concurrency, resiliency, and performance optimization of high-throughput distributed systems processing large transactional and financial datasets. - Designing and implementing a data lake/lakehouse architecture using Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Delta Tables. - Architecting enterprise backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture with clean separation of transactional systems and analytical layers. - Leading scalable and modular UI architecture using Angular, optimizing performance for data-heavy workflows and operational users. - Designing schema strategies for transactional and analytical workloads in MongoDB and relational databases, optimizing indexing, sharding, and query performance. - Architecting AI-enabled capabilities within the Medical Billing platform and integrating solutions using leading AI/ML providers like Claude and Gemini. - Architecting cloud-native deployments on Microsoft Azure, defining containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and observability frameworks for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost optimization. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech/B.E/MCA degree. - 15 to 17 years of progressive experience in enterprise software development. - Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB, Azure Cloud, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Delta Tables, and ETL/Data engineering pipelines. - Experience in US Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management systems, architecting enterprise-grade SaaS platforms, and AI/ML-based solution design and integration.
