About the role
Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer needs to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues Create technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and other documentation to support projects Provide guidance to junior engineers on projects within their areas of expertise Conduct research on new technologies and products to recommend improvements to current processes Develop designs for new products or systems based on customer specifications Research existing technologies to explore innovative applications for problem-solving Review products or concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies Prepare proposals for new projects, identify potential problems, and propose solutions Estimate costs and schedule requirements for projects, and evaluate project outcomes
