About the role
Career Guidant is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Career Guidant is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.
• At least 7 years of strong hands-on experience in Core Java / J2EE with Multithreading / Synchronization / Executor Frameworks / Concurrency frameworks; Design Patterns, spring, Struts, Hibernate. • Strong knowledge and experience with Databases - DB Joins; Constraints / Primary and Referential Integrity; Performance tuning techniques (explain_plan, Indexes, Partitions) ; Views / Materialized Views; Implicit/Explicit cursors • Strong knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting • At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. • At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review. • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience in Investment banking (basic knowledge is a must to understand the requirement) • Analytical skills • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
