Job Title: Network Security Engineer Proxy (L1) Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Experience: 26 Years CTC: 4.004.75 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Product: Netskope Proxy About the Role We are looking for a Network Security Engineer Proxy (L1) with hands-on experience in Netskope Proxy administration and enterprise web security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting proxy infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security compliance, and SLA adherence. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage Netskope Proxy infrastructure. Handle incidents, service requests, configuration changes, and day-to-day BAU activities. Configure and maintain proxy security policies, access controls, and policy exceptions. Troubleshoot proxy-related issues across Layers 17 of the OSI model. Perform packet capture and traffic analysis using network troubleshooting tools. Conduct daily health checks, performance monitoring, and compliance reviews. Apply security patches, upgrades, and configuration changes. Coordinate with OEM support for TAC cases, RMA, and issue resolution. Maintain device backups, operational documentation, and SOPs. Ensure timely ticket resolution while meeting SLA commitments. Work closely with users and internal IT teams to resolve production issues. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. Experience 26 years of experience in Network Security with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Proxy solutions. Experience working with Netskope Proxy or similar Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solutions. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Netskope Proxy administration. Strong understanding of Proxy security policies and access management. Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems. Knowledge of packet capture and network troubleshooting tools. Understanding of networking concepts and OSI model. Experience in incident, problem, change, and configuration management. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a 247 operational environment. Preferred Skills Experience with CASB, SWG, DLP, or Cloud Security solutions. Exposure to SIEM integration and enterprise security environments. Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools. Experience working with OEM TAC support and enterprise NOC/SOC environments.
