About the role
As an AI/ML Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and modern machine learning frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and optimizing Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT and similar models. - Developing and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases. - Performing data wrangling, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and benchmarking. - Integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms. - Working with vector databases, data labeling tools, and AI workflow pipelines. - Deploying and monitoring AI models using MLOps best practices. - Ensuring Responsible AI practices including fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. - Utilizing AI-assisted development tools and code assistants to accelerate application development and deployment. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with GPT and other LLM architectures. - Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade RAG frameworks. - Familiarity with model deployment frameworks and cloud-native AI solutions. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies. - Ability to evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI model performance. - Experience using AI coding assistants and productivity tools for rapid development.
