Automation Expert

As a candidate for this role, you will play a crucial part in driving improvements across teams and operations at various levels. Your responsibilities will include: - Working collaboratively with teams at country, regional, and cross-regional levels to identify and implement solutions that enhance customer experience and drive cost savings. - Solving complex problems, mastering intricate systems, and effectively handling numerical data. - Organizing and presenting data and reports to internal teams to support business projects and automation initiatives. - Managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and ambiguity. - Leading business automation projects for the Retail Business Services team by engaging directly with internal stakeholders. Your key skills should include proficiency in Python, SQL, ETL, AWS Services, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Services, Scripting, and Data Transformation. Additionally, experience with AWS CDK, knowledge of AWS services like SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB, as well as familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns would be advantageous. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
