Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinated management of multiple related projects and ongoing customer centric initiatives within Wealth TechnologyDevelop and execute overall project plans and analyze project proposals which impact schedule and budget varianceIdentify and schedule program and project deliverables, milestones and required activities while understanding interdependencies between Technology, Operations and Business needsWork hand in hand with Business Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to manage stakeholders and relationships including escalation, expectation, conflict and scope changesKeep management and project sponsors abreast of project developments through periodic reviews and relevant documentation to communicate progressManage all changes to the agreed scope of work and ensure all changes are approved by Program Steering Committee or appropriate Governance forumsOrganize and facilitate portfolio related meetings for Digital team to ensure that overall metrics are maintained for self and the whole teamManage the overall program risk profile, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and implement risk mitigation plansPartner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that system development methodology is followed and relevant artifacts are delivered on time with qualityMeasure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with consistent quality and contentExperience Required: 12+ years of Technology project management experience, including large-scale Project and Program Management. Strong Technology understanding to effectively engage with Application and Infrastructure teams to drive project execution and delivery.
