As an experienced Java professional, you will play a crucial role in defining and owning the architecture of enterprise applications built on Java and Microservices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. - Establishing microservices architecture standards, service boundaries, and integration patterns. - Designing and reviewing RESTful APIs to ensure maintainable, production-ready implementations. - Guiding frontend and backend integration using React to deliver seamless user experiences. - Collaborating with Product, Security, DevOps, and Engineering teams to drive technical solutions. - Leading architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical governance activities. - Ensuring application scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization. - Mentoring development teams and providing technical leadership across projects. - Driving adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural frameworks. Your experience should ideally include: - 10 - 14 years of experience in Java-based application development and software architecture. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale distributed systems. - Experience with REST API design, service integration, and application modernization. - Good understanding of React and frontend-backend integration patterns. - Experience with Java J2EE technologies and enterprise application frameworks. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices is preferred. - Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance engineering principles. - Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers. - Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
