Lead Security Engineer (SIEM)

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of SIEM solutions for enterprise security monitoring. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage SIEM solutions to monitor and respond to security incidents.Utilize Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender to analyze security events and alerts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.Mentor and guide junior security engineers.Required Skills6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing SIEM platforms for enterprise security monitoring.Proven expertise with Microsoft Sentinel for log analytics, detection engineering, and incident response.Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Defender security suite for threat protection and alert investigation.Experience integrating multiple security data sources into SIEM environments.Ability to develop and fine-tune correlation rules, alerts, and dashboards for improved threat detection.Strong understanding of security frameworks, incident response processes, and cyber threat landscapes.Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, audits, and security posture reviews.Familiarity with CrowdStrike and QRadar.Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
