Process Engineer with AI - Automation

As a Process Improvement Specialist, your role involves understanding, analyzing, and enhancing existing business and IT operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for the following key activities: - Analyzing and documenting current-state (AS IS) and future-state (TO BE) process flows using standard process modeling techniques. - Designing and recommending optimized workflows and operating models to improve efficiency, quality, cycle time, and cost effectiveness. - Applying Lean Six Sigma principles to minimize waste, reduce process variation, and enhance operational performance. - Collaborating with AI and Automation Engineers to implement process improvements using automation and AI-driven solutions. - Defining process KPIs, monitoring performance trends, and suggesting corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes. - Creating and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions to support training and knowledge transfer activities. - Supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise processes. - Participating in stakeholder discussions and contributing to strategic automation and transformation programs.
