Python Data Analytics Analyst

As a Data Analyst in the Financial Services industry, your role will involve working on multiple analyses throughout the year on business problems across the client life cycle for the TTS business. You will leverage various analytical approaches, tools, and techniques to work on data from different sources including client profiles, transactions, digital data, and unstructured data like call transcripts. Your insights will drive business decisions and identify opportunities for growth by converting business problems into analytical frameworks and building predictive models using big data tools and machine learning algorithms. Key Responsibilities: - Work on various analyses for acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention. - Extract relevant insights from multiple data sources and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. - Design go-to-market strategies for driving acquisitions, cross-sell, revenue growth, and client experience improvements. - Apply predictive modeling techniques for optimizing sales and marketing strategies, pricing, and client retention. - Utilize natural language processing techniques to derive business value from text data. - Retrieve and manipulate data from big data environments, formulate analytical methodology, and identify trends and patterns. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in data analytics or Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the financial services industry.
