Senior/ Lead Technical Engineer

The role is a permanent position with a product-based FMCG firm based out of Mumbai, offering a hybrid mode of working. You should have 10+ years of experience and possess skills in RDS (Remote Desktop Support), Intune, Autopilot, VDI, Airwatch, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and VMWare. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and manage various technologies in EUC such as Terminal Service, MDM, Analytics, and VMware Horizon, among others. - Develop best practices guidelines for the tech community within the organization. - Develop Architecture guidelines and share them with the team for execution. - Provide Technical and Operational Governance across the End User Computing environment. - Design, enhance, and implement the End User Compute platform and infrastructure to support the business requirements with a focus on continual improvement, including speed of delivery and user experience. - Collaborate with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUC infrastructure, services, and support. - Define the EUC roadmap. - Review and approve all maintenance requests, service requests, and change requests. - Review incidents and conduct root cause analysis. - Efficiently design and maintain tools like VMware Horizon, VRA, SCCM, Systrack, Beyond Trust operation, Terminal Services, and MDM. - Provide support for existing and new operating systems (Desktop and Server). - Ensure appropriate documentation is in place and updated with the latest version. - Drive scrum meetings and reviews of backlogs. Qualifications Required: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to articulate policies and procedures confidently. - Attention to detail. - Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work under tight timelines. - Willingness to challenge/question with courage.
