Provide strategic leadership for the Center of Excellence, guiding innovation and best practices. Mentor, coach, and develop engineering teams to enhance technical capabilities and leadership potential. Ensure adherence to industry standards, governance policies, and operational excellence across projects. Skills Required: Extensive experience in application development and enterprise technology environments. Strong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Deep understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture principles. Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering practices including monitoring, incident management, and reliability improvement. Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing strategies, and delivery standards. Demonstrated leadership and people management experience in building and guiding high-performing teams. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic technology initiatives. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and related ecosystem tools. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
