Program Manager

Key Skills: SDLC, DevOps, Program Management, QCD, PMP Roles and Responsibilities: Own program management for engineering initiatives, including planning, execution tracking, and delivery governance across the full lifecycle. Drive DevOps-aligned delivery practices to improve release cadence, quality, and operational readiness. Manage SDLC execution across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and release coordination. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality targets using structured program reporting. Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) to meet program outcomes. Skills Required: 16 - 20 years of relevant experience in product, project, or program management; minimum 5 years in IT/engineering program management Strong experience in program management and engineering delivery. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in DevOps-driven development and release environments. Knowledge of project planning, risk management, and delivery governance. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. PMP certification and knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) practices are an added advantage. Education: B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) / B.E. in any branch (Engineering degree)
