About the role
As an ideal candidate for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 12 to 15 years of experience in managing a global Oracle EBS environment and technology stack, with a strong preference for Oracle Application DBA experience. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate technical proficiency in understanding systems architecture, ERP data models, and contributing to solution design. - Lead a team following an onshore and offshore model, including managing 3rd party vendors and working in hosted environments. - Serve as an Oracle EBS System Administrator in a managed hosting environment. - Possess a strong understanding of OBIEE and ODI systems. - Utilize advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and query tools. - Hands-on experience in managing ERP implementations or integrations. - Manage ITGC, SOX compliance, and adhere to auditing best practices. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
