About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer who thrives in building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering simple, scalable solutions and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. What Were Looking For: Demonstrates high transparency, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work. Possesses extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications across multiple domains. Values collaboration and actively shares knowledge with team members. Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Takes a flexible, pragmatic approach, understanding the bigger picture and the clients needs. Builds solutions that are simple, efficient, and maintainable, avoiding over-engineering. Understands agile software development principles and adapts practices based on project maturity. Has deep expertise in at least one programming language and associated toolsets, with working knowledge of others. Experienced in designing maintainable and scalable systems using modern cloud infrastructure. Familiar with the software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployment. Key Skills & Tools: Strong backend programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, or similar). Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and caching strategies. Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test automation frameworks.
