QA & UAT Intern (India)

Careflick is building human-centered technology for the future of care and we are looking for a detail-oriented QA / UAT Intern to join our team and help improve the quality and usability of our AI-native SaaS product. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys testing products, identifying issues, documenting workflows, and working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure a smoother customer experience. What youll work on: - Test product workflows before customer UAT - Identify bugs, usability issues, and workflow gaps - Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation - Validate fixes and conduct regression testing - Track issues clearly and coordinate with developers for resolution - Support UAT feedback documentation and closure - Help ensure every release is customer-ready What were looking for: - Strong attention to detail - Valuable communication and documentation skills - Basic understanding of software testing / QA - Ability to think from the users perspective - Comfort working with SaaS products, dashboards, forms, and workflows - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Excel/Sheets, or similar is a plus - Prior internship/project experience in QA, product, or software testing is a bonus Who should apply: Students or recent graduates interested in QA, product quality, software testing, or SaaS product operations. .
