About the role
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of reliability excellence activities. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing reliability engineering value creation opportunities. Additionally, you will assist in the development, design, and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology in alignment with the area's procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Support technical reviews of projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications - Identify and eliminate bad actors and optimize equipment availability - Prioritize, plan, and scope maintenance activities and work orders - Collaborate with maintenance repairs and production teams on reliability-related processes and critical spares identification - Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: - Strong data analysis capabilities - Knowledge in maintenance process management - Familiarity with the application of reliability tools - Experience with green belt, lean, or six sigma methodologies - Minimum of one year of related work experience - Knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques This summary provides an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required for the role.
