Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant Data & Analytics Reporting, you will be a lead contributor responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced analytics solutions. Your primary role will involve managing complex datasets, building scalable reporting frameworks, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will work under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity. Additionally, you will apply advanced statistical techniques, mentor junior analysts, and guide analytics initiatives within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced Data Analysis & Strategy: Lead the collection, processing, and analysis of complex datasets. Design scalable data pipelines and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making. - Reporting Architecture & Visualization: Develop and optimize enterprise-level dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SQL. Ensure visualizations are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with business goals. - Statistical Modeling & Predictive Analytics: Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and support data-driven strategies. - Process Optimization & Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate data workflows and improve reporting efficiency. Establish standards for data quality and reporting consistency. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital technology, data engineering, and business teams to align data initiatives with organizational priorities. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Governance & Data Quality Assurance: Oversee data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies. - Leadership & Mentorship: Lead analytics projects and initiatives, mentor junior team members, and promote best practices in data reporting and visualization. Influence data strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their data needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver impactful solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics or reporting roles. - Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and other BI platforms. - Strong understanding of user-centric design and data storytelling. - Fluent in English.
