Participate in implementation of ServiceNow HRSD specializing in HR Case and Knowledge ManagementParticipate in compiling and prioritizing enhancements and defect resolutions to applications, implementing changesConduct technical software testing and debug systems and software applications, as neededPerform standard and moderately complex configuration of ServiceNow HRSDAnalyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical specificationsProvides input into the strategy and technical planning of system/application technology in accordance with internal and external software compliance standardsIndependently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staffOther duties as assignedQualifications Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experienceCertification in ServiceNow HRSDMinimum of two years of related work experience .
