About the role
As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Utilizing established development tools, guidelines, and conventions such as ASP.NET, SQL Server, JQuery, Bootstrap, and MVC to design and develop new web software applications. - Coding and testing new web software applications to ensure high quality and performance. - Enhancing existing systems by analyzing business objectives, creating action plans, and identifying areas for improvement. - Maintaining existing software systems by identifying and resolving software defects. - Investigating and acquiring skills in new technologies to stay updated with the latest industry trends. - Developing new functionalities for our existing software products to meet business requirements. - Leading and mentoring developers, sharing knowledge through presentations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. - Participating in a small, experienced, and energetic team, working on a rapid and agile development schedule.
