Role Description This full-time, on-site AI Solution Architect role is based in Hyderabad and supports Carriers digital and engineering initiatives. The individual in this role designs and validates end-to-end AI and data-driven solutions that integrate with existing enterprise platforms, HVAC products, and digital services. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, defining architecture patterns, selecting appropriate AI and cloud technologies, and developing reference implementations and proof-of-concept solutions. The AI Solution Architect will guide software development and integration teams, ensure scalability, security, and performance, and contribute to standards and best practices across projects. The role also involves documenting architectures, supporting governance and compliance, and mentoring team members in modern solution design and AI adoption. Qualifications Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing end-to-end AI, data, and cloud-native solutions that align with business and technology strategies. Experience in Consulting and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate business processes and requirements into technical architectures and roadmaps. Understanding of Business Process , leveraging analytics and AI to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., cloud AI services, ML frameworks, data analytics platforms) and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of security, reliability, and compliance considerations in enterprise architectures, including cybersecurity and data protection best practices. Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and mentor others. Masters degree in Computer Science/AI in Engineering .
