Application Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and deploy Windows Installer packages using InstallShield, Wise Package Studio, or other relevant tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements for new applications and create installation scripts using PowerShell. Troubleshoot issues related to application installations, configurations, and dependencies. Develop documentation for installation procedures and best practices. Job Requirements : 4-9 years of experience in an IT services & consulting industry as an Application Specialist or similar role. Proficiency in Admin Studio, Installshield, Powershell scripting languages. Strong understanding of Windows Installer technology including MSI files creation/modification.
