As a Data Analyst Ethics & Compliance (E&C) at M&C Americas, your role involves delivering high-quality analytics, continuous monitoring, and performance reporting to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, bp, and C&P policy requirements. By providing data-driven insights, identifying trends, and detecting potential risks early, you play a crucial role in strengthening E&C performance. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Lead ECL M&C Americas and the VP E&C and Engagement M&C Americas to align with C&P and Group E&C KPIs and the M&C Americas 3-year North Star Plan. - Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data independently to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Conduct real-time analytics and E&C risk assessments using analytical tools like bp's E&C Data Portal and Power Apps. - Implement continuous and real-time monitoring activities using digital tools and systems to identify potential risks and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. - Develop monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries using E&C systems and relevant external sources. - Ensure secure, accurate, and organized record-keeping for reports, monitoring outcomes, analyses, and supporting documentation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management and data analytics. - Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or finance is highly valued. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data collection, preparation, management, and analysis using relevant software and tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to senior E&C leaders. - High attention to detail and accuracy in data validation and reporting. - Integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive compliance information. - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and partners.
