Job Summary We are looking to add a skilled IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure (Senior Cloud Engineer) to the Enterprise Cloud Adoption team within the Caterpillar IT Division, based in Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, to support AI and Machine Learning workloads. What You Will Do Deploy cloud technologies based on requirements gathered from business partners Perform implementation and integration tasks for medium to large, complex inhouse developed systems and/or purchased software solutions without close supervision Assist business partners with documentation, training and usability efforts Troubleshoot infrastructure and/or application connectivity issues across a complex global network Enhance and adhere to architectural designs, processes and procedures Manage and plan deliverables using Agile methodology Provide highlevel consulting to teams utilizing sandbox environments to accelerate proofofconcept activities Ensure operational activities are completed within required OLAs/SLAs Collaborate with Caterpillar IT teams to enable foundational functionality as defined in the service enablement process What You Will Have 7+ years in infrastructure operations or applications development with emphasis on AI and machine learning Bachelors degree in computer science or related IT field Industry certification focused on Solution Architect, AI or Machine Learning (preferred) Experience using Agile methodology Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub) Experience in technical leadership or lead developer role with cloud computing, architecture, systems or application design Strong verbal and written communication (English), teamwork, analytical and interpersonal skills Strong problemsolving and customer service skills Shift timing 01:0010:00PM IST Fiveday inoffice schedule at Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore Required Technical Skills Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, architecture, and services Experience with enterprise cloud adoption and AI/ML workload integration Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues in complex environments Ability to develop and provide solutions to technical challenges Consulting skills to advise clients on technology solutions Hardware infrastructure knowledge for integration with existing systems Requirements analysis and system testing capabilities Systems software infrastructure design and build expertise Technical writing and documentation skills Benefits WorkLife Harmony and holistic development through Caterpillar employee resource groups and global career opportunities Health and Wellness: Medical, life and personal accident coverage; employee mental wellness program Financial Wellness: Employee investment plan; annual incentive bonus plan Additional Information Location: Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore.
