Role Purpose:Lead Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes for engine production. Key ResponsibilitiesLead ME teams supporting Machining, Assembly, Test, and Paint operations.Drive capacity planning, productivity improvement, and plant expansion projects.Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, layouts, and equipment.Lead installation and commissioning of new machines and automation systems.Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen, and Cost Reduction initiatives.Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQDCM) metrics.Support NPI (New Product Introduction), process validation, PFMEA, and APQP activities.Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and implement corrective actions.Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects and productivity investments.Develop and coach engineers, technicians, and future leaders.Key SkillsManufacturing ProcessesCapacity Planning & ManagementLean ManufacturingManufacturing Equipment & AutomationProblem Solving & Decision MakingPerformance ManagementProject ManagementCost OptimizationKey KPIsOEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)Throughput / Engines per DayFirst Pass Yield (FPY)Quality PPMProductivity ImprovementManufacturing Cost ReductionSafety PerformanceCapacity Utilization Degree Requirement: Degree or equivalent experience desired B.E/B.TECH and M.E/M.TECH Experience required- 12 to 20years Leadership ExpectationDeliver capacity for business growth, improve productivity and quality, reduce manufacturing costs, lead strategic projects, and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering organization.
