We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications (Infor Baan/ERP LN Techno-Functional Consultant) The incumbent would bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions, and support Infor Baan/LN modules to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division Bangalore Team. The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India What you will do We are seeking a highly skilled Infor Baan/ERP LN Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions, and support Infor Baan/LN modules. Collaborate with Business Analyst and users to analyze requirements, translating & developing them into technical specifications.Provide end-to-end support for ERP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.Work with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.Participate in data migration, system integration, and testing activities.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, andStay updated with the latest Infor LN/Baan features, best practices, and industry trends.Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory requirements.Support change management initiatives and provide post-implementation support. What you will have Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Baan or Infor LN ERP systemsStrong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or related domains.Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration.Proficiency in Baan/LN tools, scripting, and reporting.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor LN latest versions and cloud deployments.Understanding of SOD and access controls. Experience with Sox controls, audits, and process walk-throughs.A good understanding of application lifecycle management, change management, and production release mechanisms desired.Familiarity with SQL, database management, and reporting tools.Certification in Infor Baan/LN or related modules.Experience working in a global or multi-location environment.Additional Information: Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
