Site Performance Analytics Product Owner

As an Analytics Specialist at Caterpillar Inc., your role involves owning the definition, validation, and operational correctness of site performance analytics. You will collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure stakeholders can effectively manage productivity, uptime, utilisation, safety, and operating costs through reliable data interpretation. Key Responsibilities: - Define and validate site-level KPIs with logic, formulas, thresholds, and assumptions aligned to operational performance. - Design and structure site performance dashboards, enabling users to identify issues, diagnose causes, and take corrective actions. - Identify and validate data sources to establish a single source of truth, generating operational insights to highlight performance loss, inefficiencies, and abnormal behavior. - Translate KPI logic and dashboard requirements into clear inputs for data engineering and BI teams. - Engage with Sites, Dealers, and internal teams to validate outcomes and improve analytics adoption.
