Team Lead - .Net Core

As a Strong .NET Team Lead / Technical Lead / Lead Engineer / Associate Manager or above, you must have 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development using C#.NET, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET. Additionally, you should possess strong hands-on experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery. Role Overview: - Develop and deliver defect-free, web-based applications using C#, ASP.Net, and Oracle as per the specifications provided by the Business Analysts. - Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. - Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. - Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. - Ensure compliance with process and quality management standards. - Have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment). - Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software. - Provide third-level support to business users. - Lead and build the team. - Act as the interface between the team and management. Qualifications Required: - Experience in designing, developing, unit testing, debugging, and delivering defect-free web-based enterprise applications. - Experience in ERP applications, database-intensive applications, or enterprise product development is preferred. - Hands-on experience with AJAX, Crystal Reports, Infragistics Grid & Controls is preferred. - Exposure to configuration management, version control systems, and technical documentation/specification writing is preferred. - Experience in code review, debugging existing applications, and ensuring on-time quality delivery.
