With operations across multiple verticals and Distribution as our core strength, we continue to grow by investing in people and technology Role: IT Lead Location: Ahmedabad Role Purpose Lead the IT function by bringing structure, accountability, and operational excellence to the team. The role is responsible for improving IT service delivery, establishing processes, mentoring the team, and ensuring reliable IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations (Highest Priority) Understand the current IT environment and identify operational gaps. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team by setting clear expectations and priorities. Build a culture of ownership, responsiveness, accountability, and customer-focused support. Create, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and IT processes. Ensure timely completion of tasks and regular follow-ups. IT Support & Infrastructure Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, networks, systems, devices, and Microsoft 365. Ensure business-critical systems remain secure, available, and well-maintained. Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle. Information Security & Compliance Implement and maintain IT security practices, user access controls, backups, antivirus, and endpoint security. Ensure IT documentation and compliance with organizational standards. Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead IT improvement initiatives, system implementations, and technology upgrades. Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for successful execution. Preferred Profile Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to build processes, SOPs, and service standards. Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills. Good communication and stakeholder management. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
