Summary\nAs a Senior Frontend Engineer IoT, you will design and develop secure, scalable, and intuitive web applications for connected industrial equipment and cloud-based service platforms focused on remote monitoring and predictive maintenance.\n\n\nUsing React, Flask, and AWS services including Cognito, Amplify, ECS, you will build asset health dashboards, alert systems, diagnostics, and service-oriented user experiences.\n\n\nYou will collaborate with the Data Scientist, Platform Manager, Service Engineers, Site Operations teams, and internal IT teams to support predictive analytics, cybersecurity requirements, and integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Navision, and Business Central.\n\n\nPrior experience with Industrial IoT, remote monitoring, telemetry, or predictive maintenance platforms will be an added advantage.\n\n\nMain tasks \u0026 key responsibilities\n\nDesign and develop responsive frontend applications and service dashboards for Industrial IoT and predictive maintenance platforms using React.\nConvert UX concepts and Figma designs into productionready UI screens.\nCollaborate with Platform Manager, Data Scientist, backend developers, Service, Operations, and IT teams to deliver secure cloudconnected applications.\nWork in Agile 2week sprint cycles with daily standups, backlog grooming, reviews, and planning sessions.\nDevelop secure frontend features using AWS services including Cognito with focus on high availability and secure authentication.\nBuild UI screens using Material UI components and develop custom frontend elements where needed for improved user experience.\nCoordinate APIs, filters, and data presentation layers for predictive analytics and customer insights.\nProactively monitor and improve UI responsiveness, login reliability, and overall user experience.\nCreate and maintain frontend validation and test scripts for reliable production deployments.\nUse JIRA, Bitbucket, and development/review environments for daily task management, code reviews, and deployments.\nContinuously explore new frontend, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies to improve platform scalability and usability.\n\nMandatory\n\n5 - 10 years of software product development experience with strong product engineering mindset\nStrong handson expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS\nExposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments\nHandson AWS cloud development experience with positive understanding of Cognito authentication and authorization\nStrong awareness of web application cybersecurity, secure coding, and user authentication practices\nExperience with Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills\n\nPreferred\n\nExposure to Industrial IoT, telemetry, or remote monitoring platforms\nFamiliarity with SCADA/HMIstyle dashboards and serviceoriented applications\nAwareness of MQTT, OPCUA, or industrial communication concepts\nExperience with alert, event, and diagnostics visualization systems\nExperience developing APIs using Flask backend\nAWS certifications and cloud security knowledge are highly preferred\nExperience with Material UI (MUI) component libraries and custom frontend component development\n\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong ownership mindset with ability to independently drive frontend features and improvements\nExcellent problemsolving and analytical thinking capability\nGood communication and collaboration skills across crossfunctional global teams\nAbility to work effectively in Agile sprintbased development environments\nCustomerfocused mindset with attention to usability and enduser experience\nAbility to balance technical quality, delivery timelines, and business priorities\nOpenness to feedback, iterative development, and continuous learning\nStrong attention to detail in UI quality, reliability, and cybersecurity awareness\nWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving platform needs\nAbility to coordinate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders\nCommitment to product security, privacy, data protection, and retrieval knowledge.\n\nCan adapt in uncertain environments being eager to determine optimal solutions for customers.\n\n\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics \u0026 Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or related fields)\n\n\nKey performance indicators\n\nAchieve sprint goals aligned with quarterly IoT platform targets\nDeliver frontend features and bug fixes within agreed timelines\nEnsure high platform availability, UI reliability, and login stability\nRespond quickly to platform issues and customerimpacting incidents\nDeliver secure, welltested, and reliable production releases\nProactively identify UI, performance, and cybersecurity issues\nMaintain high code quality through testing and peer reviews\nCollaborate effectively with platform .
