Contribute to modern service-domain and event-driven architectures. Lead technical design, code reviews and complex problem solving. Champion engineering excellence across testing, observability and operational readiness. Support modernisation initiatives and migration of legacy platforms. Mentor engineers and help strengthen engineering capability across the squad. Skills Experience Essential Have strong experience building and operating software at scale. Bring expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices. Have experience with distributed systems, streaming or event-driven architectures. Thrive in a "you build it, you run it" environment. Have modernised legacy platforms into cloud-native services. Enjoy mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
