Job Title: Technical Product Owner Location: Bangalore Business Team: The Non-Human Identity (NHI) Platform Resilience Team within Identity Access Technology (IAT), Group Security, is responsible for delivering and operating the enterprise capabilities that manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Non-Human Identities. The Identity Access Technology (IAT) team protects the Bank and our customers from cyber compromise, through proactive management of cyber security, privacy, and operational risk. Roles Responsibilities: As the Technical Product Owner for the NHI Platform Resilience Crew, you will be responsible to act as Act as a trusted leader within the Identity Domain, influencing strategic direction, driving alignment across crews, fostering innovation, and building strong relationships across engineering, risk, operations, and business stakeholders: Define and monitor product success measures, adoption metrics, operational KPIs, resilience objectives, and customer outcomes. Continuously evaluate product performance and use data-driven insights to optimise investment decisions and roadmap priorities. Define and own the strategic vision, roadmap, objectives, and outcomes for the NHI Platform and Agentic Identity capabilities. Prioritise initiatives balancing customer value, security risk reduction, platform health, operational resilience, regulatory obligations, and technical debt. Translate strategic outcomes into executable roadmaps, epics, features, and squad priorities. Drive adoption of NHI lifecycle management capabilities across the Group through scalable and simplified onboarding experiences. Own the end-to-end technical health, reliability, availability, resilience, and operational maturity of NHI platform services. Drive incident management, problem management, disaster recovery planning, operational readiness, vulnerability remediation, and continuous service improvement. Ensure platform observability, monitoring, service level objectives, resilience testing, and recovery capabilities are embedded across the platform. Lead initiatives that improve platform stability, reduce operational toil, and increase automation. Drive delivery of secure lifecycle management capabilities for service accounts, shared accounts, robotic identities, workload identities, and AI Agents. Partner with engineering teams to establish scalable identity patterns for emerging Agentic AI ecosystems. Ensure identity governance, ownership management, certification, access review, and compliance requirements are incorporated into product design. Support the strategic evolution of NHI capabilities including API-first and self-service identity management solutions. Drive engineering excellence through DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and secure-by-design principles. Engage with Group Security, Identity.CBA, PRIVAS, Engineering, Risk, Audit, and Service Owners to align priorities and outcomes. Manage cross-crew dependencies and technology risks impacting NHI capability delivery. Essential Skills: Candidates need to have 12+ years of relevant IT experience Demonstrated experience leading technology products, platforms or capabilities within Identity, Cyber Security, Cloud, Platform Engineering or Enterprise Technology environments. Demonstrated experience leading technology products, platforms or capabilities within Identity, Cyber Security, Cloud, Platform Engineering or Enterprise Technology environments. Demonstrated experience building and executing product roadmaps for enterprise platforms. Experience balancing platform health, resilience, customer outcomes, risk remediation, and technical debt. Experience working within Agile delivery models and leading cross-functional teams. Knowledge of AI-powered platforms, Agentic AI controls, or emerging digital identity ecosystems would be advantageous.
