VOIP Engineer III

We are seeking an experienced VOIP Engineer III to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VoIP technology and be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our VoIP systems to ensure high availability and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems and networks. Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP-related issues and outages. Configure and maintain VoIP hardware and software, including IP phones, gateways, and PBX systems. Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of VoIP services. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate VoIP solutions with existing systems and applications. Provide technical support and training to end-users and other IT staff as needed. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 5-10 years of experience in VoIP engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, RTP, and H.323. Experience with VoIP systems and technologies, including Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager, or Avaya. Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
